Terms of Entry

When purchasing a ticket or wristband for our Inflatable Mega Parks you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Entry and have understood, accepted and adhered to failure to do so may result in non-admission or ejection from the venue, refunds will not be given if the terms and conditions have been broken.

Megabounce is proud of the very high health and safety standards it follows and wants every child to have a fantastic and safe time whilst playing on the myriad of rides available to use.

To ensure that every child is safe there are rules that we insist on, to protect them and other users, these rules are part of our Terms and Conditions and must be strictly followed. The following terms and conditions must be adhered to at all times, whilst at any of our Inflatable Mega Parks for every child’s safety:

  • Children must not somersault, on any of the slides or rides
  • Children must come down the slide feet first, not head first
  • No child must push another child, whilst using any of the inflatables
  • All children must have a carer or parents supervising their safety and behaviour at all times. Children must not be left without supervision
  • Wristbands must not be taken off or exchanged with another child, they must be visible for the staffing team to see easily
  • No adult, for any reason can go on any ride or inflatable, if a child needs help, it is essential to ask a member of the staff to get the child off the ride, as serious damage could be caused if an adult was to hurt or injure another child or even fall and hurt themselves. We will not be responsible for any adult or the consequences that could happen if any adult disobeys this rule, we will ask the adult to leave the ground, if they are caught on any ride, to protect children’s safety.
  • Our rides are for 2 years to teenagers up to 14 years old.
  • Entry prices are charged in accordance with those displayed at the point of entry, or the website and will be charged per person, under 14 years old
  • Please ensure that you obey the safety regulations and signage displayed throughout the venue
  • Megabounce excludes to the maximum amount permitted by law, any liability for loss, injury or damage to person/property in or around the venue
  • Megabounce accepts no responsibility for damage to persons or property. Under no circumstance will Megabounce accept responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle, entering or exiting the grounds.
  • Once you have paid to enter Inflatable Mega Park wristband, refunds will not be considered, if the wristband offer has been purchased.
  • It must be understood that for operational, technical, weather-related or other reasons beyond our control, any attraction may have to be closed, removed, altered in type or otherwise be unavailable at any time, without prior notice.
  • If at any time a guest’s standard of behaviour falls below that expected by Megabounce, the individual may be asked to leave the Park and no refunds will be considered concerning any purchase that may have been made; whilst not an exhaustive list, this would include an admission charge and wristbands/ride tickets.
  • Megabounce will not under any circumstances tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour, towards any member of staff or fellow guest.
  • Please note: that inside the fenced area, within the venue, it is designated as a no-smoking area; this is for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Please ensure compliance at all times.
  • Only child-friendly and safe dogs are allowed on the site, at all times any dog must be on a lead and be under the control of an adult, who is over 18 years old. Any mess must be cleared up immediately and the bag disposed of. We encourage you to take your dog outside the fenced area to toilet.
